Dr. Trillos graduated with her Medical Degree in 1994 from Universidad Metropolitana de Barranquilla. Dr. Trillos is also a Certified Brain Health Coach, a certification she obtained from Amen University in California. In addition to her clinical work, she teaches Spanish to medical professionals, and also educates parents on how to help their children with disorders.
Dr. Trillos keeps up to date with the latest advances in her field by maintaining a professional membership with the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, and by serving as a Board Member of the Houston Autism Center, and Chairman of the Society of Toxicology. For her hard work and dedication, Dr. Trillos received an Award in Toxicology in 1996 from the University of Antioquia. She has published multiple works, and attributes her success to her adaptability, perseverance, and dedication to her patients. When she is not assisting patients, Dr. Trillos enjoys reading, studying, and writing, as well as playing the violin, chess, and golf.
