The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Emily Mize English, MSN, APRN, AFRNC to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Emily Mize English is an established Adult Nurse Practitioner and Retired United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who continues to provide exceptional care to her patients in Florida. Featuring over five decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise as an adult nurse practitioner, air force flight nurse and hospitalist, and also specializes in cardiology, psyche nursing, and internal medicine.
After earning her Diploma of Nursing in 1967, Emily completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of St. Francis. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to obtain her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida International University. She is a combat veteran and served in the military from 1989 to 2000.
To stay current with the latest advances in her field, Emily remains a distinguished member of the Florida Nurses association, and was also a founding member of the Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality care to her patients, and is also a Human Rights Officer for the US Southern Command of Central South America. Emily attributes her success to her motivation. She has come to enjoy her career very much, especially being a nurse practitioner. When she is not working, Emily enjoys reading and redoing her Vero beach home.
