Patricia Elizabeth Patterson is an established Registered Nurse who continues to serve patients in Texas. Featuring over four decades of experience in her field, she was an Administration Supervisor at St. Elizabeths hospital for 15 years, Head Nurse at Park Place Hospital, and Director of Nurses at St. Mary’s Outpatient Surgery Center.
Patricia’s career in nursing began in 1976, when she earned her Licensed Vocational Nurse Certification at the Lamar Institute of Technology, where she remained to earn her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1978. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to graduate with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Lamar University. Since graduating, Patricia has completed a number of advanced training courses and is also a Certified Critical Care Nurse.
To stay current with the latest advances and developments in her field, Patricia remains a distinguished member of the Sigma Theta Tau and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, and attributes her success to her background, as well as the importance of education instilled in her by her parents. When she is not working, Patricia enjoys learning about history and knitting.
