Sue M. Campion is an established Director of Nursing currently serving patients at Wright Surgery Center, University Suburban Health Center in South Euclid, Ohio. Featuring over three decades of experience in nursing, she has a special expertise in surgical operations.
Sue’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1984, when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland, Australia. Upon relocating to the United states, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012, followed by her Master of Health Administration Degree in 2016 from the University of Phoenix in Arizona. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and is also a Certified Nurse – Operating Room. To stay current in her field, Sue remains a distinguished member of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses, the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, the Organization for Transplant Professionals, and The Alliance – Leadership in Organ Transplantation and Donation.
Throughout her distinguished career in nursing, Sue has occupied many and increasingly senior roles. She is noted for her expertise as a Nursing Director and now leads the operational, strategic and financial initiatives of the Wright Surgery Center. She attributes her success to the mentors she’s had, and her determination to break free of her comfort zone in her career. When she is not assisting patients, Sue enjoys motorbiking, hiking, backpacking, camping, climbing, kayaking and other outdoor activities.
