The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Jessica Morgan Eames, RN, BSN, CPhT to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Jessica Morgan Eames is an established Registered Nurse currently serving patients as the Nurse Manager within the Family Counseling Center for Recovery. She also maintains an RN position at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Featuring nearly a decade of experience in nursing, she has a special expertise in the treatment and care of individuals with substance use disorders and psychiatric illness.
Jessica’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 2008, when she graduated from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012 from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Jessica has completed a number of advanced training courses while practicing as a nurse, and remains committed to staying current with the latest advances in her field. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients. Additionally, she serves an advocate within the community for individuals with substance use disorders and psychiatric illnesses. Jessica cites, “ Addiction is a disease, there are numerous treatment resources available within the community. It is fundamental that all healthcare providers are knowledgeable about these resources.”
Jessica attributes her success to her family, in particular her parents and grandparents who strongly encouraged her to further her education. Jessica feels the support from some of the best mentors, including Dr. Martin Buxton and Melanie Frowert RN have been fundamental to her current success. Her long term goal is to obtain her Masters in the Science of Nursing, and to provide care as a Nurse Practitioner.
