Dr. Balderas is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and in Gastroenterology, and it is in this field that she has gained recognition across Texas and beyond. She diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions in patients of all ages, including gastritis, pancreatitis, hepatitis, peptic ulcers, Crohn’s disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease and ulcerative colitis. She also performs colonoscopy, endoscopy, ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) and EUS (endoscopic ultrasound). Dr. Balderas has served on the board for TSGE for past 3 years.
