Mihm Jr. is an established Dermatologist currently serving patients within Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Featuring over five decades of experience in his field, he has a special expertise in all facets of his work, especially internal medicine, dermatology, pathology, and dermatopathology.
Dr. Mihm’s acclaimed career in medicine began in 1961, when he graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pennsylvania. Following the completion of medical school, he completed his residency training at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Pursuing advanced medical training, Dr. Mihm returned to Massachusetts General Hospital to undertake his Pathology fellowship.
Dr. Mihm Jr. currently serves as Director of the Mihm Cutaneous Pathology Consultative Service, and is internationally renowned as a leader in dermatopathology. He is board certified five times by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pathology, and has earned the coveted titles of Fellow of the American Society for Clinical Pathology and Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists. In further recognition of his expertise a Chair at Harvard has been established in his name, where he serves as a Professor. When he is not working, Dr. Mihm Jr. enjoys listening to classical music.
