Dr. Stenger’s acclaimed career in dental medicine began in 1968, when he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan. Thereafter, he completed his internship in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, followed by his Orthodontics residency at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Moreover, Dr. Stenger holds a Master of Science in Dentistry Degree.
Dr. Stenger is renowned across Michigan and beyond as an expert in pedodontics and the provision of dental treatments to children with special needs. He currently serves as Orthodontic Director and Chair of the Department of Dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, and is a distinguished member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He attributes his success to his caring attitude and his love of his work, and in his free time Dr. Stenger enjoys playing golf.
