The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Katharine C. Beardshear, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Katharine C. Beardshear is an established Registered Nurse currently serving patients within the Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama. Featuring over two decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in neonatal nursing.
Katharine completed her initial training in 1993, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. In 1999, she graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Troy University in Alabama, becoming a Registered Nurse. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses, and holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support, S.T.A.B.L.E., and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. She is currently taking courses to advance her nursing degree and desires to teach.
Katharine has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, but has become especially renowned for her expertise in neonatal care. In addition to her clinical work, she also serves as a preceptor at Baptist Medical Center South, and attributes her success to her love for nursing.
