Ida May Pittz is an established Registered Nurse currently serving patients within Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California. She is also affiliated with LAC+USC Medical Center. Featuring over four decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in burn nursing.
Ida’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1972, when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from the Los Angeles County Medical Center School of Nursing in California. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses while practicing as a nurse.
To stay current with the latest advances in her field, Ida remains a distinguished member of the American Burn Association. She has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, and attributes her success to being a little crazy as burn nurses need to be, and her love for her specialty. When she is not assisting patients, Ida enjoys crocheting and embroidery.
