Green, BSN, RN, CWS, WOCNP, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Ellyce A. Green is an established Registered Nurse and Wound Care Specialist currently serving patients within the Doctor’s Community Hospital in Lanham, Maryland. Featuring over 15 years of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in medical/surgical, neuro nursing, wound care, ostomy, and continence nursing.
Ellyce’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 2002, when she graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and holds additional certification as a Wound Care Specialist by the American Board of Wound Management.
To stay current with the latest advances in her field, Ellyce remains a distinguished member of the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Society, and she is a former winner of the Doctor’s Community Hospital Service Star for the Year. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Prince George’s Community College, and attributes her success to her love for helping others, and feeling that she has found her vocation in life. When she is not assisting patients, Ellyce enjoys running and bodybuilding, and she also serves as a firefighter.
