The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Natalie Hauser, CPNP, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Natalie Hauser is an established Pediatric Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients within Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine in Indianapolis, Indiana, and she is also affiliated with Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital and Riley Children’s Hospital. Natalie spent the first seven years of her nursing career on a pediatric specialty floor caring for surgical patients and those who experienced trauma. She has now transitioned into a pediatric nurse practitioner role and cares for neurosurgical patients. She provides both inpatient acute care and long term outpatient care for children with a variety of neurosurgical problems.
Natalie’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 2009, when she graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Purdue University. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to obtain her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2016 with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner concentration within the same institution.While in graduate school, Natalie served as a preceptor to undergraduate nursing students at Purdue University. Natalie has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of care to her patients, and attributes her success to the joy she gets from working with children. In her free time, she enjoys refurbishing old furniture.
Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses and holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
To keep up to date with the latest advances and developments in her field, Natalie remains a distinguished member of the National Association for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She recently had the honor of contributing to a published article, Severe bilateral cerebellar edema from ingestion of ketamine: case report, which was published in the Pediatric Neurosurgery Journal.
