Michelle Antolik is an established Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients within the US Public Health Services in Salem, Oregon. Featuring over two decades of experience in nursing, she has a special special expertise in mental health, wellness, chronic disease management, trauma, and suicide prevention.
Crystal’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1996, when she graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the Fayetteville Technical Community College. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2009 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012 from the University of South Alabama. Crystal is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from Walden University, and she is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Crystal has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients. She is an inductee of the Golden Key International Honour Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and remains a distinguished member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Commissioned Officers Association. Crystal attributes her success to her passion for mental health and wellness, and the holistic approach she takes to patient care. In her free time, Crystal enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, learning, going to the beach, and spending time with her 3 dogs.
