Leading Surgical Nurse, Nelson B. Rue, MBA, RN, CNOR, CASC, LNCC, CLNC, FACHE will be Spotlighted in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Nelson B. Rue, MBA, RN, FACHE, to their prestigious organization with his upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Nelson B. Rue is an established Surgical Nurse currently serving as the Senior and Principal Consultant for Surgical Nurse Review, PLLC. Featuring over four decades of experience in his field, Mr. Rue has dedicated his professional life to delivering high quality healthcare advice, administration and leadership to his clients, and serves clients seeking interpretation of the sometimes confusing information found in the records of patient care.

Mr. Rue began his education with an Associate degree in Nursing, prior to earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He earned Board Certification as a First Assistant, in Operating Room Nursing, Ambulatory Surgery Administration, and Legal Nurse Consulting. Moreover, Mr. Rue was admitted as a Fellow to the National Alliance of Legal Nurse Consultants, and was elected to the most prestigious American College of Healthcare Executives as a Fellow of the College. He has completed thousands of surgical procedures as a Registered Nurse – First Assistant, and is also renowned as an expert in surgical and legal nurse consulting, as well as emergency nursing.

Mr. Rue previously served as the CEO of one of the largest ambulatory surgery centers in the US performing over 8,000 multi-specialty surgical procedures per year. He participated in the creation and revision of the guidelines from AORN that guide outpatient surgery centers in the safe completion of their responsibilities. He is committed to providing comprehensive and timely results in the review of regulatory compliance and quality of care, and he partners with clients to meet and exceed expectations. Mr. Rue has been a licensed pilot of single and multi-engine aircrafts starting at the age of 16, and holds both instrument and commercial ratings. He attributes his success to the great mentors he’s had.
