The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Diana Sanchez-Mendoza, BSN, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Diana Sanchez-Mendoza is an established Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager currently serving patients within the Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. Featuring over two decades of experience in nursing, she is a specialist pediatric cardiology and oncology nurse.
Diana Sanchez-Mendoza’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1991, and in 2003 she earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from San Bernardino Valley College in California, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Arizona.
Diana has occupied increasingly senior positions throughout her career, and she is now an esteemed nurse manager. She was given an award in recognition of 21 Years of Outstanding Patient Care by the Loma Linda University Medical Center, and she is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society. Diana attributes her success to the great mentors she’s had, and when she is not working she enjoys going to the movies, dancing, camping, and spending time with her three sons and her grandson.
