The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome D. Joanne Holloway, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. D. Joanne Holloway is an established Registered Nurse currently serving patients within MedSource Travelers in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Featuring over a decade of experience in her field, she is noted for her expertise in medical/surgical, intensive care, and emergency room nursing.
Joanne completed her initial nursing training at Black River Technical College in 2006, becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2007 within the same educational venue, and became a Registered Nurse. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses while practicing as a nurse.
Joanne has worked in many areas of the nursing field, including neuroscience, orthopedics, rehab and cardiovascular nursing. She is an active member of the International Nurses Association, and says that her success is thanks to her love of nursing, hard work, dedication, as well as the excellent teachers she had at Black River Technical College. When she is not working, Joanne enjoys trout fishing, boating, hunting and other outdoor activities.
