Dr. Rauscher’s acclaimed career in medicine began in 1972, when he graduated with his Medical Degree from the SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in Brooklyn. Pursuing advanced medical training, he remained in Brooklyn to complete an internship, residency and then fellowship at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Rauscher is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and remains an active member of many professional organizations including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Rauscher provides a wide range of expert services, including facial reconstruction, facelift, eyelid surgery, dermabrasion, breast surgery, skin grafts and liposuction, and is particularly noted for his expertise in hand and laser surgery. He has also made numerous contributions in cosmetic surgery with platelet cell tissue adhesions, PRP and the latest non-invasive technology for skin tightening including ultherapy and infini, or radio frequency skin rejuvenation. In addition to his busy practice, Dr. Rauscher serves as a Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. When he is not working, he enjoys playing tennis and skiing.
