Blaine N. Harrington is an established Oncology Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Research Specialist currently serving patients within her own practice in Escondido, California. Featuring over two decades of experience in nursing, she is a specialist hematology and oncology nurse.
Dr. Harrington graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1997 from the San Diego City College in California, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she later gained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Arizona, becoming a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Thereafter, Dr. Harrington obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree from the University of San Diego.
Dr. Harrington has worked in many areas of nursing and healthcare, occupying increasingly senior positions, but she is now recognized as one of California’s leading oncology nurse practitioners. She is also at the forefront of important cancer research, and says that her success is thanks to her love of medicine and helping people, and her commitment to keeping up to date with the latest advances in her field. When she is not working, Dr. Harrington enjoys spending time with her family and her horses.
