After her daughter was born with Gastroschisis, Mirna was inspired by the amazing NICU nurses who cared for her, and decided to pursue a career in nursing. She graduated with honors in 2012 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. An advocate for continuing education, Mirna attended Florida International University in Miami, becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2016.
To stay current with the latest advances in her field, Mirna remains a distinguished member of the Florida Nurses Association. She provides both in office and home visits, and has dedicated her life to providing the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients. Mirna attributes her success to her work ethic, passion for her field, and her love for learning.
