Dr. Harwood’s acclaimed career in dentistry began in 1985 when he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree and Advanced Degree in Endodontics in 1987 respectively, from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating, he began practicing in Manhattan, and has completed a number of advanced training courses including his extensive training with the Pacific Endodontic Research Foundation.
To keep up to date with the latest technological advances in dentistry, Dr. Harwood remains an active member of the American Dental Association, and is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontics. He was the first endodontist to use a surgical operating microscope in New York, and has dedicated his life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate dental care to his patients. Dr. Harwood recently added a CS 8100 CD Focused CBCT machine from Carestream Dental, allowing him to view 3d rendering of problem teeth and jaws. When he is not working, Dr. Harwood likes to spend his spare time with his family.
