Ginny Brilliant is an established Advanced Practice Registered Nurse currently serving patients within River City Health Services in Louisville, Kentucky. She features over four decades of experience in nursing and a special expertise in occupational medicine.
Ginny’s acclaimed career in nursing began in 1976, when she graduated with her Nursing Diploma from Huron Road Hospital School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1984 from Franklin University, followed by her Graduate Work at Wright State University from 1985 to 1987. Thereafter, Ginny received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with an Adult Nurse Practitioner concentration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007, and went on to pursue her Doctoral work at Eastern Kentucky University from 2013 to 2015.
To stay current with the latest advances in nursing, Ginny remains an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and reads all major nursing publications, books, and research. She attributes her success to her dedication and lifelong learning, and when she is not assisting patients, Ginny enjoys playing the piano, sewing, and traveling.
