The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Rebecca L. Epperson, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Rebecca L. Epperson is an established Doctor of Nursing Practice and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients within the Western Washington Medical Group in Everett, Washington. Featuring over two decades of experience in nursing, she is a family nurse practitioner, specializing in otorhinolaryngology and the treatment of allergies and asthma.
Rebecca’s career in nursing began in 1996, when she graduated with her Associates of Science Degree in Nursing from the Everett Community College in Washington State. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Master of Science Degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration in 2014, followed by her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in 2015 from the Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky.
Rebecca has worked in many fields of nursing in increasingly senior positions, and she is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head – Neck Nurses. She says that her success is thanks to her education and research, and her love of nursing and helping others. When she is not working, Rebecca enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has also participated in missionary trips to Malawi, living there for four years, and is a co-founder of the mission organization E-3 Worldwide which focuses on helping villagers in Malawi through medical care, education, and empowering them to provide for themselves.
