The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Misty B. Coburn, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Misty B. Coburn is an established Registered Nurse currently serving patients within Saint Josephs Behavioral Health Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana and is also on staff at Parkview Behavioral Health Center. Featuring over two decades of experience in nursing, she is a specialist psychiatric and travel nurse.
Misty completed her initial nurse training at the Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, after which she became a Licensed Practical Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she attended Brown Mackie College, graduating with her Nursing Degree in 1993. For her hard work and dedication to her field, Misty was presented with an Outstanding Service to the Community Award at Saint Francis University in 2000. She attributes her success to her passion for her work, and the inspiration she got from coming from a family of nurses. In her free time, Misty is a volunteer lecturer for Right To Life, and enjoys spending time with her family.
