The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Roselyn Marie Walker, RRT, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. She is a highly trained and qualified registered respiratory therapist with an extensive expertise in all facets of his work. Roselyn Marie Walker has been in practice for more than three decades and is currently serving as Respiratory Therapist and Assistant Program Manager at the VA Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She is also affiliated with Kindred Healthcare.
Roselyn’s career as a respiratory therapist began in 1978, after graduating with her Associate’s Degree from Forest Park Community College in Missouri. Since graduating she has also completed a number of advanced healthcare courses while working as a respiratory therapist. With her wealth of experience to call upon, Roselyn has become renowned as one of Missouri’s leading experts in long term care and acute care respiratory therapy, and has occupied increasingly senior positions.
In 2014, Roselyn earned a Volunteer Certificate for the Veterans Wheelchair Games, and completed the Facility Lead Program in 2016 at the VA Hospital. She is a professional member of the National Board for Respiratory Care and the American Association for Respiratory Care, and attributes her success to her loyalty, as well as the satisfaction she gets from interacting with her patients. When she is not assisting patients, Roselyn is active in the health ministry for her church, and is a caregiver for her mother. She also enjoys traveling and going to the movies.
