Watson is no stranger to the healthcare or senior living industry. Beginning her career as a registered nurse, she developed hard skills in knowing exactly what it takes to treat and care for numerous health issues. This lends a unique perspective to managing community care as she can provide deep, knowledgeable assistance to each leader’s specific needs.
With over 20 years of additional experience in the senior care industry Watson knows exactly what family and loved ones need to ensure a beneficial, happy relationship between residents and caregivers.
