Esteemed Advanced Practice Nurse, Diane Maggio, MSN, APN, CRRN, CWCN-AP, will be Featured in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Diane Maggio, MSN, APN, CRRN, CWCN-AP, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Diane Maggio is an Advanced Practice Nurse currently serving patients in the South Jersey area. She is affiliated with Salartash Surgical Association and sees nursing home and rehabilitation patients. With more than 39 years experience in nursing, she has been a specialist in wound, ostomy and continence care for 34 years, and rehab nurse.

Diane gained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1978 from the Bayonne Medical Center School of Nursing in New Jersey, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and then a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Richard Stockton University in Galloway Township, New Jersey. Diane holds additional certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse, Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, and Certified Wound Care Nurse.

Diane’s career has included her work at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, and as Director of Wound Care at the Institute of Nerve, Hand and Reconstructive Surgery in Rutherford, New Jersey. Diane has presented numerous poster presentations different associations. An inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, she attributes her success to her passion for helping people to feel better. When she is not working, Diane enjoys fishing and boating.
