Dr. Shaik Samdani is a highly experienced physician who has been in practice for nearly three decades. His medical career started in 1988, when he graduated from Kurnool Medical College in Andhra Pradesh in India. He completed a general surgery residency, and received a Master’s Degree in Surgery. Upon relocating to the United States, he worked as a house staff (PGY-1) at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the SUNY Stony Brook University in New York.

Dr. Samdani is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and provides expert treatment for a wide range of conditions and injuries including chronic neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and other autoimmune disorders, spondylosis, and intervertebral disc disease. Specialist procedures undertaken by him include joint drainage and pain management procedures including trigger point injections.

He remains an active member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Medical Society of State of New York and Richmond Academy of Medicine. With his wealth of experience, Dr. Samdani is a physician in high demand, and yet he still finds time to help, mentor and advise less experienced colleagues.
