Acclaimed Registered Nurse, Loretta C. Lee, MN, will be Presented in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Loretta C. Lee, MN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Loretta C. Lee is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager currently serving patients within Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. With over two decades of experience in nursing, she is a specialist primary care nurse and chronic disease manager.

Loretta C. Lee’s career in nursing commenced in 1988 when she graduated with her Nursing Diploma from the University of Alabama. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her BScN in 1988 from the University of Alberta School of Nursing in Edmonton, before obtaining her Master of Nursing Degree from Athabasca University.

Loretta is currently Primary Care and Chronic Disease Manager at Misericordia Hospital, but she also serves with General Physicians as part of Alberta Health Services. In her role as a general practitioner she specializes in diabetes, obesity and renal disease. She has also served as a volunteer with the Kidney Foundation of Alberta. She says that her success is thanks to her quest for knowledge, and her emphasis upon treating her patients as she herself would wish to be treated. When not working, Loretta is a keen photographer.
