The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Maria D. Pirotte, RN, BSN to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Maria is a travel nurse at Aya Healthcare in New York City as well as a nurse preceptor at University of Kansas Medical Center. She has four years of experience specializing in medical/surgical nursing, telemetry, progressive care and oncology.
Maria was educated at the University of Kansas, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. To stay up-to-date in her field, she maintains an active membership in the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
Maria attributes her success to the great educators she has had. When not assisting patients, she enjoys playing guitar and piano, volunteering and travel.
