The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Jodi Alderman, BSN, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Jodi Alderman is a Nurse Clinical Coordinator in Cardiopulmonary Rehab currently on staff at the MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Maryland. With over 35 years of experience, she has experience in medical/surgical, orthopedics, critical care, PACU, and cardiovascular/telemetry nursing.
Jodi Alderman obtained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland in 1979, becoming a Registered Nurse. In 2016, Jodi also completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Jodi has worked in senior positions in various fields of nursing, having previously held the PACU Nurse Manager position. She is also Director at Large of the Maryland Nurses Association, and an inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Jodi says that her success is attributed to her love of nursing and her love of helping and educating her patients, and when not working she enjoys reading, shopping, traveling and gardening, as well as spending time with her daughter and three grandsons.
