Dr. Dogan is a neurosurgeon with an international reputation as an expert in cerebrovascular and skull base neurosurgery, meaning that he specializes in the treatment of problems with blood vessels in the brain and spinal cord. These include brain aneurysms and cavernous malformations, as well as complex brain tumors.
In his capacity as an Associate Professor at the Oregon Health & Science University, Dr. Dogan not only provides expert treatments for his patients, he also trains the neurosurgeons of tomorrow in skull base techniques and cerebrovascular procedures.
