Exceptional Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Tina Sauerhammer, MD, FACS will be Presented in The Leading Physicians of the World

The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Tina Sauerhammer, MD, FACS, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in The Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Tina Sauerhammer is a highly trained and qualified surgeon with an extensive expertise in all facets of her work, especially reconstructive surgery of congenital anomalies and disorders, pediatric plastic surgery, and adult plastic surgery. Dr. Sauerhammer holds several years of experience in her field and is currently serving patients within Prevea Health located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Dr. Sauerhammer’s career in medicine began in 2003, when she graduated at the age of 22 from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Upon receiving her Medical Degree, she completed a residency in General Surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, before undertaking her fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Lahey Clinic in Massachusetts. This in turn was followed by an additional fellowship in Pediatric and Craniofacial Plastic Surgery at the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Sauerhammer is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and she has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

To keep up to date with the latest advances and developments in her field, Dr. Sauerhammer maintains a professional membership with the American Medical Association, and is a candidate member with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She served as Miss Wisconsin in 2003, was a runner up for Miss America, and has promoted her platform of Organ and Tissue Donation in honor of her father. She continues to be involved in various charitable donations, and attributes her success to her drive, determination, and hard work. When she is not assisting her patients, Dr. Sauerhammer enjoys practicing barre and yoga, and plays the cello and piano.
