Esteemed Clinical Psychologist, Marcia Anne Prescott, PhD, will be Spotlighted in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

Dr. Marcia Anne Prescott is a highly trained and qualified psychologist with an extensive expertise in all facets of her work, especially clinical psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, energy psychology, trauma, and Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy. She has been in practice for more than three decades and is currently working serving clients within her own private practice, Douglasville Psychotherapy Center at Oak Hill located in Douglasville, Georgia, where she provides psychotherapy, workshops, and training.

Dr. Prescott was educated at the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she graduated in 1997. Since graduating, she has completed a number of advanced training courses, and is certified by the Georgia Board of Psychology.

To keep up to date with the latest advances and developments in her field, Dr. Prescott maintains professional memberships with the American Psychological Association, the American Association of Psychotherapy, the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association, the National Association of Forensic Counselors, and the National Holistic Nurses Association. She attributes her success to her education, dedication to her patients, and drive to make a positive difference. When she is not working, Dr. Prescott enjoys horseback riding, trail riding, camping, hiking, traveling, meditation and Qigong.
