Dr. Randall Alan Espinosa is a highly trained and qualified Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive expertise in all facets of his work and a special interest in hand surgery, wrist arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, tissue regeneration, and work related overuse injuries. Dr. Espinosa has been in practice for three decades and is currently serving patients within the Spokane Orthopedic Clinic in Spokane, Washington.
Dr. Espinosa attended the University of Colorado at Denver School of Medicine, graduating with his Medical Degree in 1987. Following his graduation, he completed his General Surgery internship and Orthopedic residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, before undertaking his Hand Surgery fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Espinosa is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners, and has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Prior to his clinical practice, Dr. Espinosa served as a combat orthopedic hand surgeon in the United States Army for 24 years. To keep up to date with the latest advances and developments in his fast moving field, he maintains a professional membership with the Northwest Orthopedic Association, the Spokane County Medical Society, and the Washington Orthopaedic Association. For his wealth of experience and knowledge, Dr. Espinosa has been published extensively, and attributes his success to his upbringing and education from the Army. In his free time, Dr. Espinosa enjoys riding his motorcycle and fly fishing.
