Noteworthy Registered Nurse Rebecca L. Callaway, RN, MSN, will be Highlighted in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Rebecca L. Callaway, RN, MSN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Rebecca L. Callaway is a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially trauma and critical care. Rebecca is currently working as Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator within McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, Texas.

Rebecca attended the University of Texas at Tyler, graduating with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2000. An advocate for continuing education, she went on to gain her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a Leadership and Management concentration in 2016. Rebecca is also a Trauma Nursing Core Course Provider.

Working within McAllen Medical Center, Rebecca collaborates with the healthcare disciplinary team to provide appropriate and timely, patient centered care to traumatically injured patients. She attributes her success to the experienced nurses and healthcare workers who have participated in her career, helping her to become well rounded, balanced, and pliable in her workplace. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys fishing, baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
