The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Patricia E. D’Angelo, RN, CRNI, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Patricia E. D’Angelo is a Registered Nursing with over four decades of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially vascular access nursing. Patricia is currently serving patients within Mount Carmel Health System in Grove City, Ohio, and is also affiliated with Trinity Health and Catholic Health Hospitals.
Patricia obtained her Nursing Degree in 1974 from Ohio Valley Medical Center. She holds additional certification in orthopedics, and obtained Certified Registered Nurse Infusion certification. To keep up to date with the latest advances in nursing, Patricia maintains professional memberships with the Infusion Nurses Society, the Buckeye Infusion Nurses Society, and the Greater Ohio Vascular Access Network.
Throughout the course of her career, Patricia has worked in many areas of the nursing field. For 24 years she was on the orthopedic unit as a staff nurse, advancing to care manager, and now holds a full time position on the Vascular Access Team. Patricia attributes her success to her dedication to becoming a nurse, the support of her husband and four children, and working for a supportive hospital that is willing to be proactive and place the patient at the center of their care. When she is not assisting her patients, she enjoys kayaking, shopping, and spending time with her family.
