Dr. Vanessa R. Mayne graduated with her Medical Degree from the University of Adelaide in South Australia in 1980. She then went on to complete an internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide. She gained further experience in the hospital system in Adelaide and the United Kingdom, prior to returning to Australia to enter private practice.

Dr. Mayne is renowned as an expert in the treatment of women and children patients.  Alongside her practice she mentors and teaches medical students, gaining the award of Teacher Of The Year in 2014.  She says that her success is attributed to her love of her career and her passion for helping people, and when not assisting patients, she enjoys horse riding.
