While at St. Louis University, Dr. Mitchell served as both an instructor and clinical professor in neurosurgery.
Dr. Mitchell is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, and has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgery and the North American Spine Society. He currently serves as Department Chief for The NeuroMedical Center Clinic’s Neurosurgery Department. Dr. Mitchell keeps up to date with the latest advances and developments in his field by maintaining a membership with several professional organizations. He attributes his success to his hard work, as well as his willingness to listen and learn.
