Dr. Grondziowski graduated with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy in 1985 from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While working in pharmacy, Dr. Grondziowski attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, graduating with his Medical Degree in 1989. He subsequently completed his internship and residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh, before undertaking his fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Shadyside Hospital.
Dr. Grondziowski is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. To keep up to date with the latest advances and developments in his field, Dr. Grondziowski maintains professional memberships with the American Diabetes Association, the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and the American Academy of Private Physicians. He attributes his success to being able to spend time with his patients, and establish relationships with them. When he is not assisting his patients, Dr. Grondziowski enjoys hiking and photography.
