Donna Griggs-Stewart is a Registered Nurse with 47 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially critical care, assisted living, and skilled care nursing. Donna is currently serving patients within Senior Lifestyle in La Vista, Nebraska.
Donna’s career in nursing began in 1968 when she graduated with her initial Nursing Degree from Fairmont State University. An advocate for continuing education, Donna went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1983 from Creighton University, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2009 from the University of Phoenix.
Additionally, Donna is an Insurance Agent for American Republic Insurance Services in Omaha, Nebraska. To keep up to date with the latest advances in the nursing field, Donna maintains professional memberships with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses, and serves as the President of the National Black Nurses Association. She attributes her successful career to her mother, and when she is not working, Donna enjoys wrestling.
