Dr. Orobitg has been in practice for more than 23 years and is currently serving patients within the C.T. Radiology Complex and MRI Center in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He is also affiliated with the Hospital Metropolitano Dr. Pila in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Orobitg graduated with his Medical Degree in 1986 from the Universidad Central del Caribe, School of Medicine, and subsequently completed his residency training at the Puerto Rico Medical Center at the University District Hospital, School of Medicine. Dr. Orobitg is qualified by the American Board of Radiology, and keeps up to date with the latest advances and developments in his field by maintaining professional memberships with the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
Dr. Orobitg attributes his success to his excellent mentors, his education, and patient care. He is precise with his patient’s diagnosis so their referring physician can provide the best option in treatment. He has participated in FINA World Masters Championships, and Pan American Masters Championships in swimming and water polo. When he is not assisting patients, Dr. Orobitg enjoys swimming and water polo, as well as traveling.
