Warner is a Public Health Nurse with 27 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing. Avis is currently serving patients as a Public Health Nurse and WIC Program Coordinator within Hamilton County Health and Human Services-Public Health in Indiana Lake, New York.
Avis graduated with her Nursing Degree in 1989 from Fulton-Montgomery Community College, becoming a registered nurse. Additionally, she is a Basic Life Support Instructor, and covers communicable diseases, HIV counseling and testing, the rabies program, STD/TB testing and the adult immunization programs.
