He is Board Certified in Registered Respiratory Therapy by the National Board for Respiratory Care, and keeps up to date with the latest advances and developments in his field by maintaining a professional membership with the American Association of Respiratory Care. Victor makes a difference in the lives of his patients through education, teaching families the importance of hygiene, and maintaining an environment free of toxins and pollutants in their homes. For his excellence, Victor was declared Employee of the Year in 2010, and when he is not assisting patients, Victor enjoys traveling, volunteering, photography, and landscaping.
