Terisa Sjue-Loring is a Registered Nurse currently serving Veterans within the Department of Veterans Affairs as the VISN20 Deputy Quality Management Officer. With over 14 years of experience and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, Terisa is a specialist in quality, patient safety, and health care administration.
Terisa Sjue-Loring’s career in nursing began in 2003 when she graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Portland Community College. An advocate for continuing education, Terisa then gained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Oregon Health and Science University, before receiving her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Washington State University.
She attributes her success to her education, her hands on experience, and support of the VA Health System. When she is not assisting Veterans, Terisa enjoys spending time with her family.
