Ginny Brilliant’s career in nursing began in 1976 when she graduated with her Nursing Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. An advocate for continuing education, Ginny went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Franklin University, followed by her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Wright State University and her Doctorate from Eastern Kentucky University.
