The firm of DGP LAW, owned by Attorney Deborah Glover-Pearcey, is continuing its missions of “helping families heal” by offering an innovative new way for clients to plan their estate. Understanding that many clients are unable to travel due to illness, disability, recent injury or limited mobility, DGP LAW provides mobile services to clients.
“The firm works closely with clients as it relates to their personal and business financial well-being, families affected by cancer and other serious illnesses and diseases and families during the loss of a loved one,” says Glover-Pearcey. “With the mobile services, this means that estate planning can literally take place at a client’s bedside.”
With the program, the firm travels to nursing homes, hospitals, senior communities, Assisted Living Facilities, rehabilitation centers and private residences to assist clients with wills, trust, powers of attorney, living wills, healthcare designations, and more.
