Donnalyn graduated with undergraduate degree in 1987 from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. An advocate for continuing education, she then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in 1990 from the University of Kansas. To keep up to date with the latest advances and developments in her field, Donnalyn maintains a professional membership with the Rotary Club, the Chair of the Public Health Department, and the Crisis Intervention Team.
