Furthermore, he is also a Professor Emeritus of Therapeutic Radiology at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven.
Dr. Peschel’s career in medicine began in 1977 when he graduated with his Medical Degree from Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. Following his graduation, Dr. Peschel completed his internship and then residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Featuring a PhD from Yale University, Dr. Peschel is an honorable member of several professional societies and associations, including the American Society for Radiation Oncology. He holds board certification in Therapeutic Radiology from the American Board of Radiology, and believes that he owes his success to his great training.
When he is not working, Dr. Peschel dedicates his free time to playing chess and watching movies. For his excellence, he has received numerous awards, including a place among the Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors in Radiation Oncology New York Metro Area from 2006-2008 and 2010-2014.
