The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Lorna E. Taylor, RN, MSN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Lorna E. Taylor is a Registered Nurse currently serving patients in North Carolina. With over 16 years of experience in nursing, she is a specialist in acute care, home health, and managed care. Lorna is also affiliated to Hartford Hospital, and the University of Connecticut Health Center.
After already gaining experience in home care and home nursing, Lorna gained her Nursing Degree in Informatics in 2012, becoming a Registered Nurse. An advocate for continuing education Lorna has also gained her Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
Lorna has worked in many areas of nursing throughout her career, from home nursing to nursing internships in hospitals. She is a keen reader of nursing journals, and says that her success is due to her ability to learn new skills, as well as her passion for making a difference in the lives of her patients. When she is not assisting patients, Lorna likes to play tennis, enjoys traveling with her family, and ballroom dancing.
