President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan congratulated billionaire businessman Donald Trump on his victory in the U.S. presidential election and wished him success, according to the Kazakh presidential press service.
President-elect Trump wished President Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulations on the 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence from the former Soviet Union, saying that Kazakhstan has achieved great success under President Nazarbayev’s leadership, according to the Kazakh presidential press office.
Further the press office said that President Nursultan Nazarbayev and President-elect Trump shared views on how to strengthen the stability and security of the world in Central Asia, and the prospect of bettering relations between the United States and Kazakhstan, particularly as they relate to trade and the economy.
